Graduation Application Process
The $150 graduation application fee will be added to your semester ledger. Questions about this can be directed to Student Billing at [email protected]
- Graduating Student Survey (Link will be emailed to graduating students during their graduating semester)
Transcripts and Incompletes
All coursework must be completed in a student’s final semester. Any outstanding transcripts must be received no later than the first day of the student’s final semester. All “I” (incomplete) grades must be completed by the end of the Incomplete period.
Comprehensive Exams
Master’s students who are required to take comprehensive exams should contact the Nelson Graduate School with any questions and to set up their exam at the Graduate Office
Final Grades
Final grades for graduating students are due in the Registrar’s Office by 5 p.m. C.S.T. on the Tuesday prior to Commencement. Students should contact professors directly with questions regarding assignment due dates and grades
