Jacqueline Cabrera is the Theatre Program Coordinator of Nelson Theatre. Professor Cabrera received her Master of Arts in Theatre from the University of Houston and her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Education from Nelson.  In her master’s program, she worked with theatre teachers around the world while completing residencies including the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, The Lincoln Center Theater in New York City, and the Steppenwolf Theatre and iO Theater in Chicago. She is a UIL One Act Play certified judge, a One Act Play clinician, and has had appearances at Regionals and State for the One Act Plays she has directed.
