James K. and Joyce Bridges Residence Hall, is a co-ed facility, housing men (east wing) and women (west wing). A four-story building, rooms provide double occupancy and form a suite with an adjoining dorm room. The two rooms are linked by a bathroom. Rooms are furnished with bunks, chest of drawers, desks and wardrobe closets. All rooms have a micro-fridge, phone lines and computer lines. Each individual hall within this dorm contains a lobby, study room and laundry facilities. A prayer room is located on each floor.

Collins Hall provides housing for men and women. Rooms are designed for two residents due to the size of the rooms. Each room has bunks, chest of drawers, and a desk for each resident. Students may personalize their rooms and bring carpet if they wish. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Laundry facilities are also provided. Each room has a Microfridge, phone lines, and computer lines.

Guynes Hall is a co-ed facility, housing men (east wing) and women (west wing). Most rooms provide double occupancy and form a suite with an adjoining dorm room. The two rooms are linked by a bathroom. Vanities with a sink are located in each room, along with a bunk, a chest of drawers, and a desk for each resident. Laundry facilities are available for residential use. Each room has a micro-fridge, phone line and computer lines. Guynes also has several rooms specifically for students who are physically challenged.

Kendrick Hall is an apartment complex that has been renovated and converted into a dormitory for women. Every room is furnished with a desk, chest of drawers, and a bunk for each resident, as well as private bathroom facilities. Kendrick Hall houses up to 26 students, the dorm lobby, and prayer room. Laundry facilities have also been recently renovated and are accessible. All rooms have a Microfridge, phone lines and computer lines. Kendrick has rooms that will accommodate students who are physically challenged.

Savell Hall provides housing for men and women. Rooms are designed for three residents due to the large size of the rooms. Each room has bunks, chest of drawers, and a desk for each resident. Students may personalize their rooms and bring carpet if they wish. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Laundry facilities are also provided. Each room has a micro-fridge, phone lines, and computer lines.

Regents Apartments are located on campus but are considered off campus housing. Student residents must be 23 years of age or older. If you are married and under the age of 23, you can still qualify. Students are required to be enrolled in 12 hours of undergraduate courses or 6 hours of graduate courses. Full-time Nelson Staff and Faculty automatically qualify. Single students must show that they have been approved by Residential Life to apply at Regents.

Rent range is $800-$1000, application fee will be $25 and deposit will be a range from $800-$1000. Rent includes access to the Garrison Wellness Center (gym) and all utilities, except for electric. Each unit is 670 sq. ft. and includes the following:
