Nelson University is seeking an exceptional Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing to join its Cabinet leadership team. This executive role represents a unique opportunity to shape the future trajectory of the university. 

Reporting directly to the President, this senior leader will provide visionary leadership over Admissions and Marketing, driving strategic enrollment growth across traditional undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and online programs. 

This vital leadership role combines strategic acumen with servant leadership; someone who understands both the analytics of enrollment management and the transformational calling of Christian higher education.

·         Spirit-empowered, committed follower of Jesus Christ with a mature Christian faith

·         Committed to the doctrinal and cultural convictions of Nelson University and its parent church, the Assemblies of God

·         Active involvement in an Assemblies of God church 

·         Ability to articulate and champion Nelson’s distinctive mission both internally and externally

·         Masters degree required; terminal degree valued

·         5+ years of leadership experience in enrollment management or marketing highly valued 

·         Higher education experience preferred; demonstrated success in Christian higher education highly valued

·         Proven track record of achieving significant enrollment growth and/or comparable strategic objectives

·         Inspirational leader with high emotional intelligence, executive presence, and the ability to unite teams around ambitious goals

·         Strategic thinking with exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
